⇒ Domain Registration
We provide reliable Domain Registration and Web Hosting services. This policy outlines how we handle data specifically related to these services to ensure security and compliance with global standards.
- Registrant Information: Full name, organization, email, phone number, and physical address (required by ICANN).
- Technical Data: Name servers, DNS records, and IP addresses.
- Payment Details: Billing information for renewals and subscriptions.
- Public Records: Per ICANN regulations, domain ownership details are often listed in the public WHOIS database.
- Privacy Protection: We offer WHOIS Privacy Protection services to hide your personal contact details from the public eye if requested/purchased.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose data to law enforcement only if presented with a valid legal warrant or court order.
c) Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share your data only when necessary:
- Registries & Registrars: To facilitate the purchase and renewal of domains (e.g., .com, .net, .bd).
- License Providers: To activate third-party software like cPanel, Softaculous, or SSL certificates.
- Legal Compliance: If required by law, we may disclose information to government authorities or law enforcement.
- SSL/TLS Encryption: We use encryption to secure data transmitted between our servers and your users.
- DDoS Protection: Our hosting infrastructure includes monitoring tools to block malicious traffic and protect your site’s uptime.
- Firewalls: We employ advanced firewalls to prevent unauthorized server access.
- Account Duration: Data is kept as long as your service is active.
- Cancellation: Upon termination, website files and emails are purged from our active servers after a grace period.
- Archiving: Financial records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for tax and audit purposes.
- Update Information: Edit your registrant or billing details at any time through our portal.
- Portability: Move your domain (Transfer Out) to another provider.
- Privacy Toggle: Enable or disable WHOIS privacy as per your preference.
- Grace Period (0 – 30 Days):
The domain stops working, but you can still renew it at the regular price. There are no extra penalties during this stage. - Redemption Grace Period (30 – 70 Days):
If not renewed during the Grace Period, the domain is “deleted” from our active database. It is held by the Registry. To get it back now, you must pay a Restoration Fee plus the renewal cost. - Pending Delete (5 Days):
After the Redemption period, the domain enters ‘Pending Delete’ status. At this stage, it cannot be recovered or renewed. It will be released back to the public for anyone to register.
- Restoring a domain during the Redemption Period is significantly more expensive than a regular renewal.
- The Registry (e.g., Verisign for .com) charges a high fee for pulling a domain out of deletion. Ayxqo passes this cost to the client.
- Restoration is not guaranteed and depends on the Registry’s specific rules.
- Verification: To protect your security, a domain deletion request must be submitted through your registered email or via our official support ticket system.
- Identity Proof: We may require additional identity verification (such as a government ID or OTP) to ensure the request is authorized by the actual owner.
- Service Interruption: Once a deletion request is processed, the domain will immediately stop resolving. Any linked website, emails, and sub-domains will go offline.
- Irreversibility: Deleting a domain is often permanent. Once the registry processes the deletion, the domain may not be immediately available for re-registration.
- Personal Data: Upon deletion, we will remove your contact information from the public WHOIS (if applicable). However, we retain internal billing and transaction records for 5 years to comply with financial laws.
- Registry Logs: Please note that the central Domain Registry (e.g., ICANN or Verisign) may maintain a history of the domain’s ownership for a certain period according to their own privacy standards.
- No Refunds: Domain registration fees are paid to global registries upfront. Therefore, we cannot offer a refund for the remaining months of a domain’s term if you choose to delete it early.
- After we process your deletion request, the domain enters a “Pending Delete” cycle defined by the registry. After this cycle, the domain becomes available for anyone in the general public to register. Ayxqo is not responsible if a third party registers the domain after you request its deletion.

- We will only disclose hosted data to law enforcement if presented with a valid, legally binding court order or warrant.
- We notify clients of such requests unless legally prohibited from doing so.
